The programme consistently receives very positive reviews. The main themes are that the content is highly practical, the sustained focus on development over six months enables real shifts to be made, and the opportunity to be part of a cohort of peers from a range of agencies adds a lot to the experience. People also love that they leave with an extensive toolkit that they can keep referring to, giving them confidence that they’ll have something to draw on for any situation they face.
