Leading for Results

A leadership programme for NZ public servants

Consistently described as the most practical course people have been on, Leading for Results provides an extensive toolkit focused on the common challenges faced by managers and principal advisers in the NZ public service. It is delivered over six months to ensure a sustained focus on development, with a cohort of peers from several agencies. It is run by Gavin Lockwood, who having held a range of leadership roles in the NZ public sector, brings real-world experience to the workshops, peer learning sessions, and one-to-one coaching sessions. The programme has been running since 2012.
